The brief
Walls were taken down and rebuilt to a new plan, turning two bedrooms into three. The apartment was then finished room by room: ceilings and lighting, three bathrooms and a powder room, and joinery throughout.
Interior design by the client's appointed studio. Built under another company's contract, with the Olea Sol team managing the works.

- Strip-out to the slab; walls demolished and rebuilt to a new layout
- Gypsum ceilings with LED coves and recessed black track lighting
- Bathrooms rebuilt on a waterproofed base and finished in large-format stone-look slabs
- Joinery: kitchen with long island, wardrobes, library shelving, fluted feature walls, slatted headboard walls
- Black-framed smoked-glass sliding doors
