We visit and photograph the space, and listen to what you want.
02QuotationEvery line priced, with its quantity.
An itemised quotation: every item with its quantity, so you can see what is included and what is not. Quantities are checked on site before work starts. Drawings where the work needs them.
03AgreementScope, stages and payments, in writing.
A written contract with the scope, the stages and the payments. Any change is priced in writing, and charged only once you have signed it.
04BuildOur own supervision, dated photographs.
Our own supervision on site, with dated photographs at each stage.
05HandoverCleaned and handed over.
We clean and hand over. Defects found after handover are put right within the defects period in your contract, usually 12 months.

Which areas do you cover?
All of Dubai. We work at your property.
Do you visit before quoting?
Yes. We visit and photograph the space, and the quantities are checked on site before work starts.
How long does a quotation take?
We send your quotation promptly after the visit. Larger jobs that need drawings take longer.
Can you prepare the drawings?
Yes, for the works we build: plans and drawings, priced line by line before work starts. We also build to drawings from your own designer.
Do you handle building and community approvals?
Yes, for the works we take on. When we visit, we tell you which permissions your job needs (building management, community, or the municipality) and what each involves.
How do payments work?
In stages set in the contract: an advance, then payments against work done on site. Every job is quoted line by line; this website shows no prices.
What if something changes during the work?
Any change is priced in writing, and charged only once you have signed it.
What if a defect appears after handover?
We put it right within the defects period in your contract, usually 12 months.
Are you licensed?

Do you work for property managers and developers?
