How we run a job

Planned first. Run as one job.

  1. 01One person runs your job, from the first site visit to handover.
  2. 02A written plan of the stages for each contracted job.
  3. 03Dated photographs at each stage of your job.
  4. 04Any change priced in writing, and charged only once you have signed it.
  5. 05On contract jobs, you pay against work measured on site and certified stage by stage.
  6. 06After handover, a reported defect is acknowledged and attended promptly; an emergency the same day.

In the making Apartment renovation, Dubai Marina

Two bedrooms became three.

Strip-out to handover / Managed by Olea Sol

The whole apartment went back to the slab and was rebuilt to a new plan: a third bedroom, new ceilings and lighting, three bathrooms and a powder room, joinery throughout. Interior design by the client's appointed studio. These frames are from our site; the finished rooms are not published yet.
